ROCHESTER, New York—The Strong National Museum of Play is pleased to announce that Kenneth Glazer, CEO of Buckingham Properties, has been elected as chairperson of its Board of Trustees. Erika Duthiers, Associate Vice President for Compliance & Ethics and Deputy General Counsel at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), and Dawn Williams-Fuller, Founder and Executive Director of EthanMaya Development Corp, have been named vice chairs.
Says Glazer, “I am truly honored and privileged to be part of one of Rochester’s most treasured assets. The impact of The Strong National Museum of Play goes far beyond my personal experiences as it attracts families from all over the world. It’s a vital piece for this whole region and especially for downtown Rochester as we continue working to make downtown the best it can be.”

Kenneth Glazer (Chair)
Glazer is CEO at Buckingham Properties. An Architect, he is a LEED Accredited Professional and has led the development of such major commercial real estate projects in the Greater Rochester region as Alexander Park, 260 E. Broad St. and Tower280 at Midtown, among others. He has been a member of The Strong’s since 2017.
Erika Duthiers (Vice Chair)
Duthiers is currently Associate Vice President for Compliance & Ethics, and Deputy General Counsel at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). She was formerly a Senior Associate in Litigation for Nixon Peabody, LLP. She has been a member of The Strong’s board since 2016.
Dawn Williams-Fuller (Vice Chair)
Williams-Fuller is Founder and Executive Director, EthanMaya Development Corp. Prior to EthanMaya Development Corp, Ms. Williams-Fuller worked at Xerox Corporation for 19 years where she led many successful initiatives in global marketing, business operations, strategic planning, consulting, project management and engineering. She has been a member of The Strong’s board since 2018.
