Pride Celebration

Join us in the Paychex Theater for a story time and meet and greet. Enjoy a reading of Where the Wild Things Are and say hi to a real-life Wild Thing! 

  • Maurice Sendak: A Lifelong Storyteller Display – Paychex Theater Lobby 

Best known for Where the Wild Things Are and In the Night Kitchen, Maurice Sendak spent his life telling stories. Learn about his experiences growing up as a queer, Jewish man in 1920’s New York City.

Enjoy classic tales or discover new favorites.
